do you know or has experienced any fatal food combination?

I just remember this from a recent article I watched which know maybe really old news. I am sure nanny of o have heard about the thing about coke or soda and mentos...
Hmmm also my mom told me too not to eat oysters with beer or any kind of alcoholic beverages as it might actually make you throw us and would really have a bad tummy ache. What about you? Do you know any bad food combination?

One of my friend's brother ever suffered an unbearable headache when he consumed a flu medication with durian. It makes him feel giddy and sleep for nearly 2 days, before discovered by my friend. I don't know what will happened to him if no one discovered him. It is better not to combine both durian and any medication for safety.
