When it comes to work and health, we often ignore health and get busy to complete work late night and an incomplete breakfast in the morning, tension gripped day...what do you choose?

Actually, you have to take all things into consideration when choosing your health vs work. One of the things you need to consider is the simple fact that without your job, you might not be able to afford the health care that is provided by your job or buy quality food, medicine, or lodging to keep you healthy. If the harmful job requirement is infrequent then the health risk really is minimal. If the harmful job requirements are constant; then, you need to start looking for a way to get a new job even if it does take time to get qualified for a better position.

My sister was getting a job in a bank that was paying her triple of what she's earning. But it would make her work 3 more hours and it wouldn't be good for her health,so she left it. That way you meant?

Yes, since this is something she would have to do everyday and it would damage her health; this is a job she should quit. If the bank had a special project that required overtime to complete and it was only going to last a week or two; then, she would have time to recover from any damage that occurred to her health in that short period of time and working overtime once in a while would not be worth giving up a job that paid well and had good benefits.

No. It would have been her everyday schedule to work more and this would certainly have taken a toll on her health and fun...

It is not easy putting our health over work. I know my health has taken a beating from working. What I don't like is that I am a Bo strong guy, and jobs take advantage of that when it comes to physical labor. I think they go by the philosophy the bigger and stronger you are, the harder we will work you. Just because I am strong does not mean I am invincible. I found this out the hard way when I work random shifts all over the place for three weeks straight. And because the job required heavy lifting constantly, I was tearing myself down and had no chance to recover. The only reason I had stopped was because I had gotten too sick and weak to work. Not once did they check to see if I was alright. They wanted me to go right back into that routine. depleting the body is a dangerous thing to do because it is hard to build it back.

Health is the ultimate wealth. What's the use of wealth which we can't enjoy. We should find enough free time to enjoy and beat the heat due to work.

I think that far too many people seem to be valuing their work over their health at the moment, and that isn't a good thing. A lot of people choose to skip breakfast because they don't have time before they go to work. This is bad for our health, as we are more likely to snack during the morning and the foods that we choose to snack on are generally unhealthy. Also, we have a tendency to work late at night, which means that we are even more tired when we get up in the morning. We often delay visiting the doctor when something is wrong with us because we don't want to take the time off work, and this can have an extremely negative effect on our lives in the future.

The world has become so busy that people work a lot. They should take care of their health even if it earns them less cash. They will realise it when they get old.

Hi!We should rate our health over our work. It is easier said than done. I would say it depends upon the kind of work you are into and the kind of organization you belong with. Sometimes, no matter how much we wish to go home early more frequently, we are compelled to stay put even beyond the required number of office hours because we are obliged to do so by the office. The only thing we can help ourselves in order to stay healthier is to have a good balanced diet and do some daily exercise.

But rest is very important. Fun is also a major component of life. If you don't get time to spend the money you've earned, its value becomes less. Moreover, a research says, people sleeping for 6 hours a day Work better than someone sleeping for 5 hours. Mind works faster. Health is deeply affected by sleeping less and stressing yourself at late nights.
