Tagvillage can I make money in it?

hi mylot friends, I have received my payment from Kooday site some 4 months back, I have received Alertpay dollars from Kooday site, still I have yet to receive 8 Alertpay dollars ,it was pending since one month,I does not know the reason, I do not know how to transfer them to paypal dollars,but I do not know, and I could not use those Alertpay dollars, I came to know some of friends from other sites have earned money in Tagvillage site, but kooday and kule search are not attractive now,I do not know the reason also,no body is commenting on these two sites in any social network site, any how I could not withdraw these small amount of 15 dollars from Alertpay, so I do not keep my alertpay dollars in Alertpay site,so I wish to invest these alertpay dollars in tag village site,if any body guide me I too can make money in this site,if not alternative I have in my mind,have a nice day
