If Grandmother Dies in ONe State How do you move her to another State?

So my Parents moved my grandmother to SC and now we were thinking about.. If she Dies here in SC they have to move her remains to NY to be buried next to her husband where her plot is. How do I go about finding information on this? I mean she doesn't want to be cremated so it has to be the remains... Anybody know?
