Does anybody here know the email address of Teleperformance HR (Sucat)

We've encountered an erring employee of the TLP in Sucat in a jeepney. The said employee was so arrogant and even hit a pregnant woman when he was about get off the vehicle. Anybody here know where we can seek their company's HR so we can file a complaint against this employee? This guy is ruining the reputation of their company. I am new here and I hope somebody can help. Don't have any other means to go about my predicament. Thanks Mylotters!

The company has nothing to do with this guy's action.
That is his personal problem,unless it happens within the company's premises.
All you can do is report this matter to the cops and file complaints.
Again...this is not TP's responsible,and no company is ever teaching their employee's to become rude or act such thing.

The company would only take action on it if the incident happened within company premises or it could be possible that they would take action if you first filed a complaint with the police and escalate that complaint to the company with supporting documentation. If you failed to do so, it would just be a case of he says, she says and hearsays that won't be going anywhere.

I agree with LetranKnight. You should have gone to the cops and reported that person. I think you already have his name so why not go to the cops and assist the pregnant lady file a complaint. If you want to go the extra mile, you can physically go to the Teleperformance branch in Sucat, with a copy of the police report in hand, and inform them of their employee's behavior.

Do you know the employees name? Ithink you should have called the cops instead. if that happened within the companies perimiter he or she would have lost his or her job. people now a days

Even if I know the email I won't give it to you, It is not ethical to give somebody's email with proper authorization and if you have personal issues with one of their employee, why not check out DOLE listings of companies here in the country. Do some searching in government listing if it id from government or in private company listings!
