Today is one of my online friend's birthday and from last week he kept on reminding me about his birthday. He lives in England which is so far away from where I am and he doesn't expect any material things from me. I so wanted to send him a sketch book as drawing cartoons is his hobby, but he told me nowadays he doesn't have time to draw.
Last night he reminded me again if i'm already prepared with my present and really i was brainstorming. Blue sky brainstorming!!! Then today the idea came to me. I'll take photos of myself and turn it into a comic book-like thing presenting an imaginary cake to him.
Lately i've been fond of editing pictures and making them look like they were taken by professionals and some are like comics. I use comic life or half-tone applications for this which are really cool. Comic life applications is almost $8 or $9 but half-tone is just $.99. They can be bought from app store, but comic life is also available for windows users but not sure how much it costs.
So I need to take a break from mylot for now and take some pictures of myself.

Wow, that's a nice gift to give your friend. I am sure, he will really appreciate it. A token for a friendship.
Is that you in your profile picture? You are beautiful there, if it's you alright. That could form part of what you will give him.

I will try to include that one too in my present but I think he's got a copy of that one already.

LOL! My face seems to be changing all the time. One mylotter told me i looked like Toni Gonzaga in one of my profile pics before and now i have become Bianca Gonzales!
They both have G though and my family name is also G! What a coincidence!

Well another year won't be that long enough. Time flies by so fast. I don't have any choice but to have that present and i believe that's the best i could give given the circumstance.

Great Idea my friend. I'm he'd treasure you're present. It's more valuable as you put some effort into it, you just don't buy it somewhere you did it yourself. Happy birthday to him.

Hehe yeah, I was so "feeling close" my friend. LOL. Anyway, since you've asked, I'll tell when. lol. My birthday's on the 14th of this month. So I would be expecting my present too? lol.

That is so cool. Your friend is pretty lucky to have such a personalized present from you. He will surely like it. Nothing beats a gift that has been personally crafted and made 'cause it showed how much you've thought of him and how much effort you exerted just to do something like that.

Thank you so much. I really like giving presents with my personal touch but it depends on the person receiving as well, but i make sure i put an extra effort to it.
