tell me the securest way to hide the folder or any file in p.c.??

You can try this software called free hide folder.It hides all the folder itself.download it from internet.I am using for 5 years. So you can trust it. As far as folder locker is concerned i think the software i mentioned is better than this.because witnessed people having problem with folder locker.

The use of free hide folder is not much better. becoz if we forget password we given to it. we will lose the data. i think best way is put the data in so many subfolders tree. so its not easy to find it others. user will not try to go so thru so many empty folders. becoz he will think there is no guarantee that he will found anything after going thru so many empty folders.
