my favorite site where i am earning right now and where i also enjoys doing it is tagvillage. tagvillage will pay you just by using the site and you can earn more if you will fund your account.

There really isn't a standard best site...every site has it's own way of earning and it will be effective if you'll try hard to do so.
There are sites that are easy to earn and there are hard ones, but every site is the same for someone so determined to do hard work just to earn.
Sorry if I didn't answer your question directly. I can't say something specific to you since I never gave my all to online earning that is why there isn't a best site that I can call...or maybe I can call myLot as the best site of my "level". :)
