It is not the first time the big bank trying everything to raise money and profit through ripping their loyal customers off. From Chase bank to Bank of America, I always on other discussion deeply criticize their shameful act. We spent billions of dollars to bail them out from this recession, and in return, we got such treatment from them. If you got charge on ATM fee if you use ATM machine that is not belong to them, and internally, they also charge you $5 fee. So, the total will be amounted to $10 fee by using an ATM machine. So, I would suggest you switch your money to Ally bank. It won't charge you a single fee on using ATM, even ATM that is not belong to them. Also, Ing Direct will charge less fee on ATM usage too.

That really is some nice advice to give. For me, I don't really use the ATM machines to withdraw money because of the ridiculous fees they charge to withdraw money from them. I think its like $0.50 per transaction. I just think its totally unfair and will just choose to wait in line at the bank to withdraw the money I need from the bank teller.

The banks should have never been bailed out. I would have let them go bust. Why should they cry like babies and get what they want. They are making tons of money off the people an still want more. I deal with TDBank, a Canadian Bank, I love them, they are pleasant people and I never have a problem. Why is it that all the other banks, or should I say American banks have nothing but problems. I'll tell you why, they are all greedy. It's all about the money. If they jeep raising ATM free, no one will use them anymore and then there will be lines all over the bank again. I hate lines. Thanks to TD I do not have to worry about that, there are hundreds of branches all over Brooklyn.
