I am looking for good backup software, preferably free, to backup photos and other files to an external hard drive or flash drive. I need one that I can plug in my external drive, run the software, and it will automatically find which files need to be backed up. For example, when i import a batch of pictures from my camera to the computer, I put them into a temporary folder. From there, I sort them into the correct folders. But I might put one or two into each of ten different folders, and I don't always remember exactly which pictures I added to each folder, so I can go put a copy in the particular folder on my external drive. So I don't know if there is any software that is quick to use that would look for that and only add the new files. Also, I want it to be able to check for files with name changes, as well, if that's possible.
