Hello everyone! I was given a piece of advise that mixing cold water with boiled will give tummy aches or tummy disease. I want to know how real this is and if it is, will I be acidic? prone to viral diseases? Thanks in advance guys!

As far as I know, nope. I've did it a lot of times and it doesnt affect me at all. Maybe because I'm used to it so my tummy doesn't mind about it anymore.

Yup. I did some research actually. Others were claiming that if you mix previously boiled or boiling water with cold water, you'll get diarrhea or cholera. However these illnesses are bacterial so the water doesn't have to do anything with it. That's the very explanation to it, because some germs multiply when they are in a warm temperature right? Thanks!!

I don't usually mix cold water to my hot water. I only drink hot water or let it cool a little before drinking it. I have not try it as I only drink plain hot water, no mixture of cold water. If I drink plain water, it has to be at room temperature and no mixture at all!
