Ever Consider Voting 3rd Party?

In the United States it seems everyone either votes Republican or Democrat, but both parties have held office many times, and neither seem to change anything. isn't it time we stood up to the two parties and voted with what WE believe in, not simply "the lesser of two evils"? Most people day that 3rd party candidates don't stand a chance, but they will if only people will pick the BEST candidate for the job, whether he/she is Republican, Democrat, Green, Libertarian, Independent, Socialist, Constitutionalist, etc. Isn't it time we have a new party in Washington?

I'm not an American but from what I watched on TV or read from newspaper or magazine, I have to say that USA now only has one party, Republic Party Obama from Democrate act just the same as George Bush Jr from Republic Yes, I agree that 3rd party should be established, from my point of view as people that live outside USA

There's definitely a democrat party, but they are soft and unwilling to offend anyone by taking a stand on anything.

In order to use the term "third party", we would first have to have 2 parties. WE do not, despite the illusion, have a 2 party system. We have one party with a left and right faction. The only difference between the Democrats and Republicans is the parts of your life they want the government controlling, the enemies they create to keep you running to them for protection from, and how they waste your tax money. I vote almost exclusively Libertarian party.

While I agree that the two parties tend to be quite similar, and almost always against any major change, we do have a two party system, by definition. I vote mainly for the Libertarian party as well, but I try not to vote only for them. I think the party system is inherently flawed because it discourages free thinking politicians from fighting for what they believe in, because it may be against the party. I think the best system would be where there are no parties at all.

If those two parties, Democrat and Republican are not servicing to the people in a satisfied way, then the revolution starts, The society wants new parties, the new leaders comes from the public. There the common man can live happily..
