Do you get along well with your in laws?

For the most part I do. I'm very close to my nana which is my husband's grandmother. She is so sweet and is always there for us. His great grandmother is still living and I'm close to her as well. His brothers I get along with his brothers but his younger brother at times rub me the wrong. Even so I love them all.

It has been a month since I got married. As of now, I have not genuinely faced any serious quarrel or fights with my in-laws. Just that sometimes, they speak ironically, which makes me wonder if they are trying to blame me or was a comment about someone else
. Anyway my husband is very sweet and he advises me not to take their comments to my heart. He is a supportive husband. 
As such, I am okay with his parents and sister.

I'm glad to hear that you get along well with your in laws. That is a really good thing. It makes a lot of difference. It is a great thing that your husband is supportive and he looks out for you.

I get a long very well with my in laws. My fiance's mother adores me and I her. All of his siblings I get a long with, but like you said there is one sister that rubs me the wrong way and does things that I don't agree with and sometimes its hard to keep my lips zipped on my opinion of her.

I love my in-laws also.I have a wonderful mother in law who loves me and gives me respect.My husbands father has passed away but we got along also.I'm blessed to be apart of my husbands family.

I'm glad that you get along with your in laws. It can make a world of difference in our lives whether or not we get along with our inlaws. It is a good thing that your mother in law respects you. I think it shows a great deal when our in laws don't try to get into our private lives or control them.

I got along with my husband's father but sadly a few years ago he passed away. =( His mother is a terrible person. The only ones I get along with now are his brother and his brother's wife. That's it. His other sisters are awful people too and they love to gossip which I cannot stand. Thank God we don't live near them!

I'm sorry to hear that your father in law passed away. I'm glad that you two got along. If a person doesn't get along with their inlaws it can be very difficult to live close to them. Gossip that tears others down is really annoying and i can see why you wouldn't want to be close to his sisters when that's what they do.

I got along with my mother in law R.I.P, she was a good woman and always treated me with respect and I respected and loved her but, my sister in laws..so so..they try to be a little challenging. They didn't like the fact that I got 3 pitbulls as pets.. what they don't know is I got it just for them..so they don't come around often.

I'm glad that you got along with your mother in law. Wow you have 3 pitbulls. That is pretty neat. Pitbulls are scary to me. It all depends on the owners and how they are raised. They can be very sweet. Most of the pitbulls I've been around haven't been raised that way though. You won't have to worry about anyone bothering you or your family:). Did you get them as puppies?
