It is allowed to have a two paypal account?

I created a paypal account with using only my first name and the hard thing here is I can verified it because my name is not match on my bank account, I know I can still change my name on my paypal but I still be waiting for it.. (Also have some other reason behind it)..
If I create a new Paypal account and verify it with my bank account.. It is okay to transfer all my funds to my new verified account without any problems? They will not question my funds transfer in that case? thanks for the reply.:)

The best thing to do is to change the name on your PayPal account to match the name on your bank account. It is against the Terms of PayPal to have more than one Personal account and, if you do, PayPal will eventually find out (especially if you draw the two accounts to their attention by transferring money from one to the other!) and you will lose both accounts and everything in them!

It's the "(Also have some other reason behind it)" that will interest Paypal.
If you're doing it for a business name, get a business account (that's how mine works, so I can use my pen name in business and my real name on the bank account). If it's for dodgy reasons, of course they're going to slap you down.

I suggest closing this account and then with another email id open another paypal account giving correct particulars matching that u have in bank account, ration card etc.

You can maintain two and more pay pal accounts, nothing will happens. But in order to having two pay pal accounts, you must have two mail ids, two bank accounts. And you have to verify the two accounts. Then only you can have a chance to maintain two pay pal accounts.

I think that can be a problem there. They ban people for cheating and for your knowledge they have banned some countries from where the maximum cheating cases were found.
I think you should wait to get your name changed. Go to your profile settings there and see if there is any option to change your name.

You can have at least 2 accounts: 1 Personal and 1 Premier or Business account.

You can ONLY have two accounts (not "at least"!). Most people will only have a Personal account (a Premier or Business account costs money).

I've had 2 Paypal accounts under the same IP address. You can have 2 accounts, but I guess you cannot use the same credit card on both accounts. Because when I applied for my second Paypal account, I was told that I can no longer use my credit card because it's tied up to another Paypal account. I had to register for a new card to be able to use on my second Paypal account.

This must work without ringing the alarm bells at paypal.
But if you have ever done some things 'on the edge' with that paypal account, I advice you to spend all the money on it and close the account down. Then register a new one.

If I was there I would never go for two accounts with a same IP Address because if you do that your first account will be terminated and the second one will be closed. So avoid in doing multiple accounts just change your name this is the helpful procedure to you...........

I will suggest you to have just this 1 a/c bcoz if u open multiple a/c then it will creat many prob.for you.may be you never able to creat any of them again if the ban you.so u just modify you name and other details and just use it.its the best option you have.if u open a business a/c it will be waste for u.as you will pay a higher charge to paypal for that a/c and in balance you will get nothing.so i don.t think you will earn just to pay operating charge to paypal of a a/c which is no use of you.
