A 2-year old son of next-door neighbor asked me, "why?" "What?" I replied. "Who?" he asked another word. And ... "When?" "?" "Why?" "?" "Whose?" "?" "Whom?" "I can't believe it, You're explaining WH questions to me? Are you an English teacher? My question is simple, he is not an English teacher. What is he?

I can certainly understand how you feel. I have a niece who is almost 4 years old, and she asks those questions a lot. Even to simple things that we wouldn't normally ask questions to. Because it was so hot today, I changed into shorts, and she asked me why (which is a fair question). So I explained that I changed because I was hot. Then she asked me why again. I think that it's part of that age group to ask those sorts of questions.

Children's world is so exciting. And to see them happy after work it's quite enough to get rid of stress. Thank you.

Well when my kids ask me these lines of questions I just answer them with the first thing that comes to my mind. They will eventually end when the last response of mine will be because I said so

Hi man2sting! I have a six-year old nephew who asks the "why" questions endlessly. When you answer him, he would just ask "why" again. It's amusing but at times it gets annoying, too. And as much as I want to answer them the best way I can, sometimes I end up making up stories so that he would just stop. But no, he does not stop. He would still continue to ask "why".

Haha aww them babies are so cute, unless their questions get unstoppable and then it's just annoying. I haven't been around kids lately but I love kids when they do those cute adorable things and get around with their cute questions. Anyway the thing is, whenever I try to explain something to them, they just keep on piling up the questions without even letting me finish and then leave halfway before I'm done . Now, if an adult did that to me I'd probably punch him but awww the little angels are just forgiven hehehe!!

I have a 3 year old son, who always ask, like why mom & dad should go to work? "So that we have money to buy your new bike and you can go to school". Why should I go to school? Can we go to Jollibee instead? "Okay we will go there". When? Little children are so cute, but sometimes if you're in hurry, it's hard to answer all their questions.
