Geek Squad helps people with with their computers for almost $25.00 an hour. Have you ever hired them and got your computers working better? I hear they can do things locally without coming to your home.

No, I don't have the need. I'm a techno geek myself and usually can troubleshoot and fix any problem myself. I rarely have to call someone else for help, and when I do I know exactly what to tell them in order to get my computer working again. The one and only time I couldn't I was able to get my computer repaired for a little over 100. Expencive, but much cheeper then paying 25/hour.

There are rarely people in the area of your neighborhood that can fix your computer. If you can, it's fantastic. Geeksquad is okay, just expensive.

Avoid like the cancer they are. The people they hire have hardly any experience with computers. All you need is to use a computer for 3 months and you are good to be a geek squad member if you can answer some questions on a test which I have done the questions aren't really troubleshooting questions they are simple computer knowledge questions.
They aren't professionals they don't really know what they are talking about you will have far better luck going to a small computer shop owned by a local owner. Geek Squad is a very very bad joke all they will do is say your computer has a virus and you need to pay them $125 for them to fix it and then they will want you to purchase Norton or Mcafee for another $49.99.
So I would say again Avoid like the cancer they are.
