Is politics present in every organization?

Personally it is Sad to think in most organizations that a person works, there are politics, and that actually will end up being part of the major corporation themselves and what often makes the company tick. It sometimes is so hard to get past that and to be able to be yourself. Where I am at now, this is a Big part of it and unless you are one who almost wants to kiss butt, you often are one of the ones mistreated. But if it a job until something better comes along.

Yes, I think so. politics is always present in any organization and even in schools where good character building is taught is not lacking in politics. I think ever since our ancestors including those from the dark ages have to go through this dirty thing. But it is the way of civilized humans and we have to obliged in order to survive. What I do to get out is to mind my own thing and do my work the best i can. Many timers I have accused of being apathetic but its better to be like this than get my mind into things I hate!
