Today I was watching TV and I saw the last episode from Friends. It was so nice to see the babies of Monica and Chandler borning and when Rachel got out of the plane and stayed with Ross.
After that episode ended, I was thinking that are a only a few comedy series that is still good, but I think that no one compare to Friends. I like a lot of Two and Half Men too (I think I liked the same way as Friends), but now that Charlie Sheen is out, I don't know if the series is going to survive.
What you guys think? Do you think that actual comedy series are good as the old ones?

There are few TV shows in my life that I have really loved. Frieds was one of them. I did not see all the chapters, but I had fun every time I saw them. I don´t usually have hours to watch TV so I never can have a show where I haven´t missed part of it.
Now I´m more into the CSI shows, and I have started to like Castle. But they tend to repeat themselves, so I still think Friends was better.

I also really loved friends.. I recently bought the entire dvd box set and I watched every single episode - it was just such a fantastic show and there aren't many shows out there that are as good! You just got to know the characters on Friends so well, you almost felt as if you were part of their lives - I think that is one of the reasons why it was so successful. At the moment, though I am really enjoying Modern Family - it is a different type of humour but its very smart and very funny! I hope it continues for as long (or LONGER!) than Friends!

I agree with you. I spent so many years of my live watching them that I get used to them. That's why it's so hard to they get out of their characters, we always will remember them as Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Chandler, Joey and Ross.
