Can Billy ever regain any sort of trust?

I think that Billy is going to have a difficult time proving himself. I feel sorry for victoria as well as Delia. Delia is so young and innocent and does not deserve to be treated this way. I feel that Chloe has done the right thing by getting full custody. Billy is becoming a weak character, but it is great to see Vicki becoming a more stronger character.

Every one (in the soap) thinks he screwed up for getting the baby for Victoria. I never saw it as a screw up he really knew she was hurting and wanted to do something. Thats the kind Billy we never had seen portrayed before. I think him and Victoria were and are good for each other. But as you can see Victor is meddling in to get them broke up. Unfortunately by the time she finds out her "dear old dad" did something AGAIN then they will go through the vicious cycle of family problems again. I think Chloe was really vicious to not let him see Celia for just a few minutes. As they say kids grow up and find out what us parents do and the parent doing the wrong doing will then pay. I REALLY hope Victoria figures out her dad is doing this before the divorce comes round. I personally would like to see them stay together. I thought they were really a cute and fun couple compared to all the dry stuff the older ones portray in their marriages and breakups. I just hope she can hold it together and not wind up in rehab herself. I think her nerves are on their last straw and Billy was her strength.
