Have any make money from auto surf like Sioniam?

I notice there are lots of autosurf program that offer very easy way to earn money. Most of them offer auto surf which allow you to do surfing while doing something else. Many people warn me this kind of sites actually scam since they force us to install software and they will send all information from your computer to hacker. I am really worried about this.What do you think? anyone have tried to earn from this program? Are they paying or scam?

Now i just want to warn you of scam. Though there are good kind and genuine sites but there are so many that are up to no good.
Avoid scams and so before you join try doing research on whether they are scams or not.Or do you know about scam maybe i can help if need be.
