Why does grieving hurt so badly and so difficult to go through?

It must be the greater the bond you have with someone the greater the pain you experience. Has anyone experienced losing a loved one to death and have any advice to help ease the pain of grief or any ideas how to go forward? Please share

You have to cry. Cry until you ease yourself. May be you can write all your feelings down when you stop crying. Everything in your mind. Then without reading it, throw it away. You'll feel that your sorrow has become less. Try to talk to someone who listens. Then, you can think that the person is too good to be with us and he has found his destination.
