How do you bypass a website to view its content when the same is not allowed to be viewed in your area. Is there a way to do this.

I will teach you how you can bypass that:
1. You go to this website www.ultrareach.com and download the latest ultrasurf for pc.
2. After that,extract the ultrasurf and put it on your desktop.
3. If you choose IE for your Internet browser,no need to do anything just surf like usual.But,if you use mozilla please go to option-advance-network-setting.select manual proxy and put 127.0.0.1 and port:9666.Then,tick 'use this proxy to all server'.
4. Finally,just open any website that had been blocked. =)

***open ultrasurf.exe and wait for it to 'successfully connected bla bla..'.After that,just open any website that had been blocked.

you can use either proxy server, web_proxy server, or you can use vpn. search 'free vpn' you'll find lots of them.

the common mehod is to connect on that site using a proxy server so in amny cases websites ban your ip for this you aren't able to view it using a proxy server normally your ip change to another one and so the webite will be available too!!
