We all know that english is indeed our international language and used it for us to communicate and understand from different nations to continents. Although most know how to speak it, we can still differentiate and formulate ideas of what nation do they belong by just listening to the person talking and hearing its accent. Every nation have its own dialect and the way its being used incorporate to english because we used to talk with that accent. Although some immitates the native way of speaking the language but we can't escape with some words or phrases. Many adore of listening to some english accent and define it as attractive and sexy. For me, one the sexiest accent for me would be aussey accent. It always drive my curiosity everytime I hear one. I can't understand why but I just like it.

It is interesting to me to hear people say the British accent but what is the British accent to which they refer? Scouse? Geordie? Chesham burr? etc. probably more accents here per unit area. Personally I find the US southern drawl sexy all the best urban

I would have to say that Irish accents are very sexy, but I will also agree that Scottish ones are just as sexy!

Hi resutaa! Aussie's accent is nice but what I find sexy is the British accent! I just love hearing Brits talk! That's probably one reason why I like watching Harry Potter and why I love Hugh Grant! There's just something in their accent that feels sexy especially Hugh Grant, I love his romantic comedy movies. Bloody hell, I love them!

I must say that I really like Jamaican accents. I sometimes have a difficult time understanding what they are saying, especially when they have a thick accent and speak very fast, but that does not matter to me. I will just listen to them talking with my eyes glazed over not really understanding what is being said but enjoying the conversation nonetheless.

Yes I know what you mean. When you hear a different accent, if you like it straight away you want to hear more.

I agree. I think that is what is so darn sexy about them. I also think that is what makes them similar in a way to Irish and Scottish accents, because they all seem to have a rhyming lilt to them, even though they are different.

I've asked some people who are experts english, my friends are college majoring in English but I am still confused. 1. how to start english, I mean start making english sentences? My vocabulary in English is still lacking, I only understand some of the commonly used example forever, love, n etc, but I am confused if you want to speak English or want to create a sentence that I want to say for example I want a bath (i go to shower) and the example I want the streets these days (i want to shopping). 2. The second example there are verbs such as fall what the English language because if I look in the dictionary that there's just no falling down, I'm confused about that.

Me too! Aussie accent is the best. There is a hiphop group I like from there called Bliss n Eso and I love listening to them talk or sing. One of the members is from America and I love the mixture of American and Aussie accent. :)

British accent drives me crazy a bit but I enjoy listening to them. Listening to them talk is quite a challenge in the sense that I have to cope up with how they talk in English because the long A for us is a short A for them. To cite some: Today to us sounds like "to die" to them and we couldn't help but associate pronunciation like this to other rhyming words in our dialect like... Today (to die) is Inday's (in die) birthday (birth die). :O) Years ago, a friend brought home his Aussie friend and we did have a good laugh exchanging thoughts in English. At least we understood each other despite the different accent we're used to.

I sometimes don't get what they're saying but they explain it to me They teach me all their slangs and it's really fun. I wish I had British accent too!!

I love Irish accents, and southern US acccents. But mostly, Irish accents. Even slight ones drive me crazy! I'm not sure why, but it has always been that way!
