I love my father a lot. I mean not just ok Ill see you in a couple of months but I see him and my family all the time stil. I am 31, but am lucky in this regard; I have a very healty relationship with my dad and most of my family. We have gone through a lot of strife and hard times, but we all coped together. When I got my divorce and my custody battle it was my father and family that was there for me. When I was abused by my ex it was my father that showed me a way out safely (my ex was threatning my life and to take my son from me). So Yes I love my father very much. It just kills me though that he is turning 60 this year!

I understand how you feel. I am now leaving away from my hometown where my parents live. I miss them so much although from time to time I get a chance to talk and chat with them through phones but it's different when you live with them and see them everyday. I love my father very much too. He has done a lot of things for us. I know how he loves me and my other siblings. I learned a lot of things from him. He would do everything to give what is best for us. It's just sad that I can't give him full assistance right now that he is old and needs medicine maintenance since I don't have a stable job anymore. Nonetheless, I will try my best and pray to support and help my mom for his medicines.

That's nice of you to love your father and missing your parents. Sometimes, as children of our parents, we are reprimanded for some misdoings. Though , they hurt us in that instant, we never take it against them, because we know that it's for our benefit. So, loving them is what we should always do.

Of course I love my fatehr very much. I regard my father as a hero in my mind. It is he who taught me how to treat my friends, how to face the problem. My father was a farmer but he had a very bright brain, when I was in my childhood, my father had to go out to make money for our living. In the poor family of China, with my parents' suport, my oldest brother and I went to college successfully. Two years ago, my dear father left me , but he is in my heart for ever.
