If I rent the Internet domain, is in the terms that I agree to declare that my personal data "in the WHOIS databases and / or similar institutions of the publicly available registries to be saved." Means that anyone can be when he wants my private information such as name, address, get, etc.? Or is there security arrangements?

Yo, rif. Firts of all, if you buy a domain name, means you wanna go public. Specially if you are a business or any matter of media. That's for credibility. Not to mention is legaly required to be public, as media, public person, business whatsoever. Else, all domain registars have an extra option (paid, of course) called anonimity or similar, where they guarantee that any whois querry will not show up anything about you - except legal actions which will. Else, simply go to this link: http://whois.domaintools.com/mylot.com and see what info are viewable for free ..

So, as you must publish your data as a businessman, you must as well as your data domain operators to make public. The DENIC says: "Some data on the DENIC Domain Information Services to the public. This will include the information about who cares for a domain in a technical sense, if caused by this domain or use of technical difficulties hindering others. Similarly, the domain holder is called, so can be found in the case of an outgoing from the domain rights violation, who is necessary to take advantage. The publication of this information by DENIC is in accordance with German privacy. For the service to which this public information is requested, has long been called "whois" naturalized. "
