What should I do?

I really want to lose weight. I feel I spend to much time on my butt. I do everything Im suppose to do, but than keep in touch with friends, fam and doing a coupl things online to hopefully make a few bucks, plus just feeling so tired. So Im thinking Ill change up my water in take and eat different. My hard part is exercising. How should I motivate myself?

Go to the store and buy some apple cider vinegar and some lemon juice (the ones that come in the little bottle that looks like a lemon with a green cap). This isn't going to taste very well and you shouldn't do this for too long, but two table spoons of the mix a day and you should lose a bit of weight and this weight will be kept off for awhile.
Also, drink more water as you said and get up every few minutes to if nothing else stretch and walk around. That is the best thing I can offer to you.

Umm is this little antidote going to leave me in the bathroom? I really dont want to be going potty to lose wieght. How does this help in losing weight and keeping it off? I definalty need to up my water in take as well. I am a horrible drinker and should make myself write down when I drink so I see i need to drink more. Thank you for the advice.

I have the exact lemon juice as you've described in my fridge so I thought of giving this a try. So how do I divide the proportion of the two? and is is just the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar or do I mix them with water too?? And about how long should I be doing this?? Thanks a bunch

Have you watch The Biggest Loser? If not try to watch an episode. And look the contestants body.If those body types can lose weight, you can also. I think that is enough motivation.

I have seen the biggest loser and thought if they can do it I can do it thats for sure. Although I dont have the money for a personal trianer and cant spend every waking moment working out since I have my kids to care for and a million other things, but I cld practice trainning myself to be better about it.

I am in the same shoes as you now. I have been trying to exercise and lose weight and eat healthy but it just seems to be for some days and I return to my old habits again.
I used to go running every morning upto a month ago but have stopped. But running does help a lot. You wake up earl in the morning and have something light and go running, you will be refreshed the whole day. It did work for me until I couldn't wake up early anymore
