why is as difficult to follow a routine of exercises!!!

I have been trying to loos 20 pounds since January i have began diet, workout, i registered in different pages that give me advises about what to eat, when to eat it, when to do workout, what workout can work for me, but is very difficult for me to continue the routine what could i do to make this part of my life and be back in my 120 pounds that i was before, because now i am 150 and my height is 5'4". Thanks for advises.

I find the best way to lose wieght and to follow a routine is to use the wiifit plus. It counts the calories as you do the excercises and tells you how well you are doing. Its the only one that works with me and I use it everyday just to keep me in shape. Hope this helps

Oh yes that is a great way, I was using bigger looser and is great I use it with the Wii, and counts the calories burned too. Thanks for sharing I will go back to the biggest looser to workout.
