.. why are you affraid of dark places, darkness, lack of light ? And how do you deal with ?

anyone who has any fear of dark by something else which Me too I am afraid of the dark and I can not explain why. Apparently this is some internal fear that his or suggesting, and I don 't know. Interesting discussion. nice day!

If you can't explain why, that mean you have a chance to overcome. Just think there are blind people who are going out of home for shoping and come back .. in full darkness ...

If there is no light, we can not see anything, and we will not be able to respond to a situation if we can not see anything. It is just due security consciousness, we do not like darkness.

I'm not afraid of darkness when I'm alone, sometime it's feel weird but so far I can handle it since I life on my rent house for two by myself.but I'm afraid of stranger noise when I sleep alone
