wow just hear about another on its in philly their goverment is tryin to pass the law staten that if ur caught texting and not paying attention u get a $120 dollar fine lol i guess its cuz of that one girl that was txtin and fell into a fountain but idk they dont even back up the driving and txting laww once again ware is this country states etc tryin to go with all this?
