I so agree to this. The main reason why I gained back all the weight I lost was because even if I'd make efforts to exercise and eat less, my mind was not really focused on doing it. I am now making another attempt, and this time I am ready, and I am going to keep thinking about the many reasons why I need to lose weight.

To eat less and to maintain a strict diet is a very difficult this.But to gain something , we have to loose something.
