i want to know what is the formula for knowing the day in a certain dates for me to exercise my memory.. i've watch on a television that this formula is a good exercise in preventing memory loss... to be honest... i'm experiencing a mild Alzheimer that's why... i wanted to exercise my brain... hope you guys can help... thanks
