Can I purchase from itunes store to load a second time buy umstonst /?

Since I've forgotten the code from my Ipod touch I had to restore it. But here are purchases (songs, music videos) that I did with my iPod in the iTunes store Gege lengths lost. Can I buy umstonst again or do I have to pay again?

Do you remember your Apple ID with the password? (This is the e-mail and password, that sometimes you have to enter on the iPod). You must then go to iTunes, iTunes Store, and then top right on "Login". Then you report to you and are looking for just the songs you have downloaded. As far as I know, is it free, when you've already downloaded.
