Discussion with my Bestfriend about ex-boyfriend.

This morning I called my best friend just to talk to her. But when we started to talk about my ex-boyfriend she told me to stop talking to him. Its not because I'm doing something bad its because she's worrying that the wife of my ex-bf will know about it and maybe she will get upset and get jealous. She says also that there's a possibility that I will fall again and at the end I will get hurt. On the other side, we are friends now, me and my ex-bf. So I insist to my best friend that there's nothing wrong with it. Please guys, can you give me some advice for this? Is there something wrong talking to an EX?
