How should a growing - look for a building permit drawings?

Hello!
We want to grow in the kitchen dining room. The design drawings for the building permit I would like to distinguish themselves. My question is, how accurate must the drawing? Does the floor plan of the entire house on the drawing on it or is it only when I draw the cultivation?
I hope someone there can help me quickly, would begin soon to draw that is....

'm Going to the Building Department and make a preliminary construction. Each has its own building authority regulations. You do almost anything for some, others you need in addition to detailed drawings also the Statikerunterlagen The clerk then you can ask anything.
