It's only a contradiction if you listen to the incompetent press, Bill Maher and other lefty elitists. Members of the South Central LA TEA party..yes, you read it right, there are TEA Party members in South Central LA...and they are going to protest the NAACP! It comes as no surprise to those of us who have been active in the TEA parties for a while now. We know that the group is made up of people from all walks of American life. Check out the link for details! http://newsone.com/nation/thegrionbcnews/black-tea-party-naacp-rally/

The uberleft simply pretends non-liberal minorities do not exist, until they make it in the public eye, of course, then they're all 2011's version of house negroes. I do not see how anyone can align with liberal elites. Honestly. White, black, Latino, Asian - it doesn't matter. Where these elites stand on the ideological spectrum is as confusing as trying to solve a Rubik's Cube in the dark. They're not really "for" anything at all. They're only about making enemies out of anyone and anything different. They remember third-grade math, I'm sure, so the higher taxes thing doesn't wash. They realize, obviously, that America's healthcare system cannot be Sweden's if our borders don't also match. No sense at all coming from these elite schmucks. None. They have the luxury of living comfortable lives. They simply need something to hate. And to those who follow them and buy their brand of BS, I sincerely hope you don't end up going crazy. Not having any original thoughts in your head is politically-induced schizophrenia. Is it worth it?

The problem comes when anyone aligns themselves with any ideology to the point where they refuse to use their own minds and evaluate what is in front of their face--including exceptions to the "rules" they have decided must be 100% correct. As soon as a person closes his or her mind, he or she becomes a fool.

Actually, I think it is time to get rid of the NAACP. They did have a very important purpose when they started out; but, their time is past and many people black, white, and all the other colors are starting to recognize that fact.

that is the problem with the TEA Party they will let any one in. I have heard stories that a gay person attended a TEA Party event and when they found out she was gay they accepted her. A Black man even reported that he felt more comfortable with the TEA Party people than at with a Black Activist Group. What is this world coming to when the White Racist Bigoted people can't have an event with out having all kinds of other types of people coming and feeling great about being there? May it is time I joined the Democratic Party where they only pretend to like the different people and don't accept them as their own. Look at Juan Williams's wife she didn't understand that she was just suppose to be happy that they let her come to the party at NPR. What did she think that she was equal to the rest of them?

Good for them. Since the TEA party movement started, I've followed many black conservative blogs and cannot understand why blacks continue to be for the Democrats.
