Why are people so easily deported as a perfectionist? I always give the job 150%, am a perfectionist. After only 4 months (during the probationary period), I was terminated. My team leader I felt was exhausting and stubborn, just because I've tried to fulfill my job perfectly and I was picky with storage and work completion. What our colleagues do not like about people like me? I'm interested in the opinions of workers who can view with the distance. Thank you for your answers, I want it to grow. Note: I count myself among the worker bees, would not make a career.

Hi dayang.. I think most of the perfectsionist will work very hard to achieve best result of their task. When in real working condition mostly employee have to shows good productivity as well, meaning they should work faster with good quality of works. I am not saying the perfectsionist is slow but sometimes to acomplish one job not really necessary to be 100% perfect.Bosses also like good attitude and doing what they want rather than always have creative idea but not follow current work procedure.

Do you come across as a whiner perhaps because you expect too much in everything? If not, if you are putting your perfectionism within reasonable bounds, then maybe you pose as a threat to your superiors. Maybe your supervisors feel that you are trying to steal their work from them because you are doing well. A lot of people have this crab mentality of wanting to pull down others who show signs of succeeding.

I've never worked together with perfectionist, but that may have many reasons ... Perfectionist if not all immediately get a good look, they have bad mood, and then you can think of nothing else until they get the point, which is reflected on the working climate of ... Moreover, they are usually not a team player, because they think they can get it alone anyway better job, which gives people in the area the feeling of being important not to be used, or that you yourself think is something better because you accept any help ... But people need to feel to be useful! And by the way you stand but you only own way, and puts you under pressure, so just find it rather a way to tell you also times that you need not be perfect, because that's nobody, no matter how one tries .. . It is rather endearing himself to admit his mistakes and sometimes because of perfectionists can truly be dealing with stressful because they often create their art, which the others feel bad ... Everything is not meant bad, but thinking about it sometimes ....

150% is the degree of fulfillment ok simple calculation. 100/150 = 0.66 = 66% So you have 66% of the productivity of your colleagues. If you are not "were too slow" then you have to work faster accordingly. Are you mentioned in your letter of resignation was not grounds for termination?
