GANTZ: L, Echizen Ryoma and Ninomiya Kazunari in one movie!

I've been waiting for this movie to be available for download for quite a while and the long wait was worth it! 
There was blood and gore and I loved it! :) But in one scene I couldn't help but close my eyes. 
Ninomiya Kazunari of Arashi and Kenichi Matsuyama (L of Death Note live action movies) were both good although I don't know if they portrayed their roles appropriately since I haven't watched the anime version of this nor read the manga. But both were equally convincing with their acting as well as Kanata Hongo! (Echizen Ryoma of Prince Tennis live action movie) I was surprised to see him in this movie.
Well, I can't wait to watch the movie sequel GANTZ: Perfect Answer. The ending of the first movie was a cliffhanger. Kenichi was shown to be alive after all and not dead unlike what Ninomiya believed to have happened.

So this is the movie u are talking about, secretbear ^^ haha I love such gore and bloody scenes, because they fulfil my thirst and desire for something disgusting, sadistic and even happiness.. lol =D Is there any preview or actual movie in youtube? I would want to watch it.. haha =D IS it more fun than SAW, Texas chainsaw and Hostel?? lol

For sure there are trailers in youtube, Kun. But I don't think the whole movie would be there. The movie was just released this year and the dvd was only released recently. The movies you mentioned are a little different with GANTZ. The kill people there while in GANTZ, they only kill aliens.
Maybe i should wait another year for it.. haha

@kun2349: If you want gore, I can suggest "Battle Royale". Have you seen this movie yet? It came in 2 installments though I prefer the 1st one over the 2nd one :D It's a Japanese movie though :)

finally! i was surprised and a bit excited when i read this discussion :) i've watched the anime version of gantz about years ago and i hope those 3 people portrays their role well in that movie :)

I'm not sure of that because I wasn't able to watch the anime version of this, nor have I read the manga. Kenichi played Kato while Ninomiya played Kei-chan. 1 person likes this
