That must be really unbearable. Not all over the body, but I do get aches in the joints some times, knee joints, ankles, elbows. I keep a bottle of Advil always. Advil is a very good pain killer. I have it along whenever I travel on long trips in my country and overseas.

i will check that out, i usually just get the generic because that's the cheapest. The advil has a great great cold medicine too, it doesn't cause constriction in the nose or other sinus cavity flareups.

You mean all over your body? Is that body malaise? I think you should see a doctor about that and let your electrolyte checked.. Or if you physically over worked lately, you need some pain reliever or muscle relaxant. Maybe you could explain to us what do you think triggered the body pain.

The last time I felt sore all over like that I ended up with a bad case of the flu and had to stay in bed for over a week! It can occur for different reasons I guess including feeling run down. My advice to you go to a doctor and ask for a check-up. Better safe than sorry, as they say! Take care of yourself!

from what i've heard on someone, the reason's why some parts of the body is aching is because it give you a certain notification on that area needs attention and also that area is starting to heal itself as far as it can.... and if could not, then that is the time to see the doctor to fix it....

I usually get all kind of aches when I get to an activity that I am not accustomed to doing. Like when we do trekking and climbing and my body isn't conditioned to do so. My body will ache all over the place after the activity. Also, whenever I play sports like basketball and tennis and I didn't started with warm ups. There is a big tendency for me to have body ache after the play. Geeesh...Now I'm beginning to feel that I am aging now in spite of my age. I never get tired when I was in my high school and college days. Or maybe because I already lacked movement when I already started working that's why my body hate moving now.
