Soccer/Cricket or GYM

What would you prefer for fitness, playing 2 hours of cricket/soccer or working out in gym. I love to play cricket/soccer as it keeps my mind fresh and keep me physically fit. So I choose outdoor games over gym. What do u prefer.

I actually would prefer neither since I've never really been into soccer, never understood what cricket was, and don't really like gyms anymore. These days I just try to be more active at home. But, your two choices sound much more motivating. So, if I had to pick one I guess I would pick playing the game. But, at the moment, my only real option out of the two would be to go to the gym.

The opinion may differ but the fact is that we shall always go for some kinda of physical activity as its better to be physically active in this busy world..

I would prefer 2 hours playing cricket man. But to be honest cricket is one of the laziest game ever. Its fun but doesnt make you really tired. But I also love working out although 2 hours might be too long.
