To all Anime Fans

Hi chiwasaki! I do notice there hasn't been any interesting discussions about anime nowadays. I myself cannot think of anything interesting because I'm only watching two animes right now. Fairy Tail and Bleach. Do you watch them? I wish more anime fans would join this interest and more interesting discussions would be created. I like answering discussions that are really within my interests. That's why I'm sad that the people who used to respond to my Japanese drama discussions are inactive right now.

I think its because there is a limited amount of "decent" and moresome anime out there, saying that there are some ok ones. Currently I am watching: Nurarihyon No Mago: Sennen Makyou Ao No Exorcist Beelzebub Blood + C (No where as good as the originals) Dantalian no shoka Thinking of dropping Beelzebub as the story line has gone downhill quickly and its feeling like filler episodes with nothing for it to be filling. I gave up on bleach and Fairytale because of the fillers... They already did a pretty immense job of giving each character a back story and creating empathy for key characters without having to revisit it or throw in a random episode *Hides from die hard fans*

My favorite anime is Clannad (and its sequel Clannad After Story). To me, watching Clannad is like riding on an emotional roller coaster. I smiled, laughed and cried during the ride. One aspect I really like about Clannad is the music. The BGM enhances the melancholy of many heart-warming and heart-wrenching moments. I think the same too. Maybe there are less people who likes anime now or people who likes anime doesn't enjoy writing or discussing it.

I agree. There is not much topic about anime here. Okay, here are my favorite anime: For Shounen, i like Bleach, Naruto, One Piece (my favorite), Air Gear, Code Geass, Hunter x Hunter, and Gantz. For Romance, I like Lovely Complex, Special A, Skip Beat, Itazura na Kiss, Hana Kimi, Ouran High School Host Club, and more. :P

I agree with you there. More discussions about anime. I'm a big fan of anime too.

You do have a point here. I don't get to come on as much as I used to (working two jobs is a pain) but I do notice that there are hardly any new anime/manga related discussions whenever I do log on here. I haven't really been into anime as of late because a lot of these newer series that are coming out aren't my type so therefore I don't really pay attention to them. The only current show that I'm following is Ao no Exorcist. The story is surprisingly entertaining. I'm also on the lookout for the new Rurouni Kenshin series that is supposed to be coming out. I'm really hoping that the Jinchuu Arc will finally get animated.

I have noticed I don't see very many post toward anime on here since I joined. It surprises me because anime is still a fairly big aspect in people's everyday lives I thought. I just wrote a discussion a little earlier because of this exact reason as well. I do not watch to many of the animes nowadays. I am one of the Bleach fans but I also don't appreciate all of the filler they use. I think the rehashing of anime that has started to occur is an indication of loss of popularity though, with Dragonball Kai and Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood being my top examples. They are evenmore lengthened versions of the originals thus I see it as being aimed at those fans and not getting new ones for sure.

I don't know my favourite anime styles are shounen,action,adventure,super powers and such stuff i really like animes like katekyo hitamn reborn,gintama,deadmen wonderland and so ... xD

My favorite genre of anime would probably have to be comedy. I think Negima is the best one I've read and watched by far. I do not agree that people don't like talking about anime. Just not on this website. I have visited many other forums that have to do with nothing but anime. My favorite place is Gaia Online.
