Our mind is a wonderful gift. Its intelligence lifts you above the mental level of others. But are we using its powers to the extent that we might? Probably we don't. Few people do, but those few go far. we could be one of them! While we daily brush our teeth, polish our shoes, wash our cloths, we take our greatest asset -the mind for granted. we do little about its "maintenance". What can we do to keep our mental powers and make greater use of our mind? how can we keep our mind active and healthy.

Our minds are extensive and complex. We do nto use half of our brain power. To keep your mind healthy and active read, write, study, create. Our minds were made for so much more then what we use them for.Always be open to new surroundings and people.Think out side the box.

Yea what you say seems to be right. Yes we must mix with people how are mentally alive. An evening of intelligent conversation with a friend quickens our wits. It acts like a mental tonic. The same is true when we join a group of people who follow some intellectual interest. Let us see that we get this mental fillip at least once a week. We might join a local dramatic society, a play-reading group, a discussion or debating society or a writer's club. Alternatively, if we have a hobby or interest, let us join the local group of enthusiasts. Such gatherings expand our mental horizons and we move forward.

I actually think that the time that we spend on mylot is good for our minds because it gives us the opportunity to think and to also express ourselves through the written language. In addition to that, daily chores are something that helps to keep the mind sharp because of the fact that we have to think in order to make the right decisions. In other words, I believe that as long as we are alive, we are keeping our minds sharp with what we are doing with our time.
