Well, i think it is dangerous to straighten your hair by yourself. Those in the parlors are trained to do it and knows how to do it without ruining your hair.
Maybe you could have it just straightened in a parlor. Ask from among your friends who had them for cheaper ones.
Just try to save for it and after a few months of saving you can have your hair straightened.

Oh... thank you. He he he
I was about to buy a hair straightener, but I think, my hair might got damage if I would buy one. Beside, I do not know how to use hair straightener. Hmmm... maybe you're right. It's better to go in the parlor because they're professional when it comes to fixing hair. It's just that I do not want to spent money anymore so that's why, I'm just thinking if I could try it at home... ha ha

A hair straightener can only straighten your hair for the time being. But after a day, it will revert back to your natural hair.
When a hair is constantly being done with a "hot" plate like the hair straightener, your hair will grow brittle and dull. Thus, when the time that you have the money to have it rebonded , those salons will reject you, for fear that it may totally damage your hair. Your hair will also become "rubberized".
My sister experienced that. So, she had to have it grow naturally for a year, before she was accepted for a rebonding at a salon.
So, just save for it and have it done in a salon.

Relaxers are what my friends always talk about. They also tell me that extentions are great to use.

I made a big mistake on my hair. Before it happened, I had a long, straight black hair. Yet, I don't feel like I look good in it. So, I decided to curl my hair for a new look. But then, after I curled my hair I felt good but I realized that taking care of the curly hair is a hassle. Gosh, my hair is horrible whenever I get up in the morning. I now hate my curly hair and I want my straight hair back.
And, now.. I am saving for hair rebonding which costs an arm and a leg. Better go to the salon because they know what to do with your hair.
Better be safe.

You can wait for some salons/ parlors to have promos so you can have discounts on hair treatment. You can have hair straightening or relaxing which is less expensive than rebonding. The effects also depend on how you care for your hair.
Sometimes, shampoos can do the trick. There was one time I used a certain brand of shampoo and my hair looks a lot straighter. My classmate even asked me if I had it straightened.

There are shops that sells hair straightener. It is much cheaper than going to a parlor. But I would still prefer going to the parlor. There are many cheap offers from different salon/parlors.
