Can you tell me some ways to live more healthy?

In this world, everybody is talking about eating healthy , living healthy and healthy this or healthy that.What is the best way to live healthy.I think there are tons of advice I can get from mylot. Do I want health? yes, definitely.Am I a healthy person? Not really . I have some kinds of disease such as hepetitus B carrier who always need to check up and make sure the blood test and my liver will be alright. I also have irregular heart rythem that I have to take one pill per day to keep my heart beat under control.Well, maybe you can give me more advice to live and eat healthy.Share with me.

Hi wildlittle fun, How are you today? Just cheer up for everything will be fine. Be faithful, God will heal you. Just do whatever the doctor prescribed, and have a healthy life style but eating delicious foods and take your prescribed medicines. Eating vegetables and drinking water is good. I think you already knew everything about your condition. So, I don't want to elaborate it in here. Just always pray and leave the life you wanted. Stay happy and Godbless.

Thank you for your advice and encouragement. I surely want more God's blessing and God's healing as well.I think it is important to have n more support including prayer during the tough times of life. Healthy is really related to our emotion condition as well. It will be a blessing if we can always cheer up when facing the storm of life.However, it is just not easy and need more grace from God to get through our storms as well. I am facing some storm in finance and surely want God's blessing in helping me get out of this storm.I think my health will be better after my bondage of finance is broken.Well, whenever you can remember me, please pray for me and I will be happy to know that if you do. at least there are someone who will care about my condition at this moment. If you don't remember, I will still bless you and wish you happy mylot and enjoy your time in here.

There are many ways to live more healthy. According to me, early to rise and early to bed makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. First, get up in the morning, fresh up, have a glass of water, have dry fruits and milk with boiled egg, in the afternoon, have rice along with dal and boiled vegetables. However, at night have 2 rotis and have fruits. This will take care of your health.

Do not eat stuff with artificial ingredients and/or coloring, or packaged foods. If you can not pronounce it dont eat it. Regular excersise.

Hi! I knew of someone who had congestive heart failure so I can relate. One of the things he had to watch out for was sodium; 600 mg a day was his limit. I'm not saying this is the case with you but you may want to ask if that is something you need to pay attention to. Also ask of medication and see if there are any that will steady your heartbeat. Good luck and give it time! Don't be scared to ask the right questions to the right people. :)

hi wildlittle fan! you can search the Activity Pyramid and Food Pyramid.. try to print copies and post it on your bedroom wall.. it'll be a reminder for us to eat right and do exercise... :)

Aside from taking medicines prescribed by doctor, you need to sleep early, eat vegetables, yogurt which has millions of good bacteria. I believe this will help. Always keep calm. Don't stress yourself. Be happy always.

All I will say is I need to eat better but it so darn hard! Teaching an old dog new treats is hard! Especially with eating healthy! Being morbidly obese sucks and if I ate better I would lose some weight! I am not sure how much I weigh! My scale doesn't go that high! Life is hard enough as it is! Eating healthy makes it more complicated!

I'm sorry to about your health. Yes, now a days, it's so hard to stay healthy since we all know that our world is not that clean already, everywhere you go there is pollution. In as much as you don't want to catch up any diseases but sometimes it's inevitable for some individual. Good to know that you have follow up check ups on medical practitioner about your Hep B, just continue doing it and follow the advise the doctor will tell you. Ask the doctor on what food you will avoid so that you'll have a guide. Most importantly is have enough sleep a day in order to stay away from stress.

Well whenever people say healthy, the first thing that pops in my mind is proper exercise. I think if you exercise and eat healthy, that is all a person needs to be healthy. I am not so healthy person too but it's never too late to start. I have resumed my exercise and do it for atleast 45 minutes a day. i wanna be healthy so bad too and wanna be fit as well.

I'm sorry for your health ailments. I wanted advice you to practice some sport, but maybe your doctor has forbidden any excercise. Then try to sleep well and to eat healthy. You can look for good literature, read books and then meditate about you read. Not only body requires to be healthy but also the soul.

Our elders say: Wake up early morning, drink around a liter of water, do some meditation, watch the rising sun, take a 3 km walk, do some exercise, have a good breakfast and light lunch/dinner. Sleep early so that you can wake up early next day.

me I don't have problem with my weight or any desease, but I always make it a point that I eat healthy food as often as possible, in my diet there's always a fruit or veggies everyday,I avoid too much fatty food and canned foods and also junks. coz if you will always eat sin food it will surely haunt you in the end thats what my mama always told me.

Though there are lots of aspects about being healthy I would prefer that being mindful of what we eat is important.We eat 3-6 times a day depending on a person's preference and we must watch what goes in our mouth. Make those nutrients count and get them from healthy sources.Take more fruits and vegetables and less on meat.

I think the best way to be healthy is to get back to basics as much as possible. Eat simple, good food that is grown without poisons of any kind. Wear good, simple clothing that fits well and gives you ease of movement. Move! Walk, run, skip, stretch, crunch. The human body was made for movement. Get outside. People have never stayed inside so much in all of history. Fresh air and sunshine will do wonders for your health. And smile. Did you know that your body responds with good feelings when you smile, even if you have to force the smile? One other thing... look up "earthing." It's an interesting concept and I do believe it works.

Now a days its to difficult to maintain a healthy life, No not at all its all in our hands only how we take care of ourselves daily.Some tips are to have a good food rather than taking the junk food.Having more water as possible,drink wheat bran juice that gives u more strength.Eat food items which is cooked than fried or less oil containing.Follow these food you will overcome many problems.

There are many ways to live a health life. And the most important thing is doing Yoga daily. Yes this very important things in life and if you doing this daily and make this your routine then I think no any problems comes to you. Because I have seen many persons who are always doing Yoga in morning session. And also live a healthy life.

H iWild! Perhaps I am not a good adviser.I just eat whatever I want but in moderation.If I overeat I know how to balance the diet back and do some exercise whenever I want but often and I am not sure whether I have a healthy life or not.(^^)

Howdy! To live healthy is to stay healthy! If you live in a polluted place move like the cities its better that you move away from it then start a new life away from it. Eat foods that are healthy to you, exercise, and you should let all the stress out. Thinking that you're sick makes it worse. So better not think about it just let it be. Let it be.....let it be.....let it be oooh! let it be. there will be an answer let it be.
