Yah,nothing new about this. So,we have to do is wake up early and check for the announcement. Why they just can't announce it this early so we ,parents can also have a good night sleep and won't bother to wake up early. What if there will be a black out and we cannot open out tv sets for the early morning news or check the net for the updates. so bad... jaiho®

im not yet a parent but i also want it to be announced tonight.. so that students and parents wont bother anymore. and it is so risky for students if they will announce late. what if there is a heavy flood and will affect their schools its very dangerous for the students. their lives is at risk .. so i advice if there is a heavy rain tomorrow students should not go to school anymore. best way is to keep children safe inside their home.

Yeah, i do agree with you. Nothing has ever changed on the weather forecast. The government should do something before its too late.

Yes, they make late announcements. Maybe they cannot accurately monitor the weather. Also they make general announcements and always for NCR only without mentioning other provinces.

I agree with you. they should be fair. they should not focus on NCR only. Philippines is comprising a lot of provinces. that are in need of them also.
