Enough sleep, enough exercise but also eating balanced food and mantaining your mind open to new ideas is the path to health. Mens sana in corpore sano, said the latins. Th mind is healtrhy when the body is healthy.

Yes having a good sleep and that means eight hours of sleep is very much advantage in staying healthy. Since your body have enough time to rest, your immune system will be boost also. You will not easily be contagious to any illness. In addition to that a regular exercise will also give you not only a healthy body but also a sound mind, hence you will have a very great day a head of you.

ya that's right but having eight hours of sleep doesn't sound good .Its better to have sleep for six - seven hours.

I agree. I like jogging and, after a while doing it, I feel relaxed. Some days I do this exercise for an hour and I feel great after it. A good thing is that you can sweat a lot and that's good for health. Another great exercise is swimming, because it activates the cardiovascular system so as the metabolism. In water the muscles will be balanced well. This sport is adecuate for each age and for obese as well. However after swimming is important to wear warm clothing, because the skin sucks water, which after the exercise will evaporated and so retired hot from the body.
