I Want to Have a Lucid Dream

Is anyone of you knows how to have a lucid dream? Can you give me any tips or suggestions on how to do it? I have read on the internet on how to have a lucid dream, but I want easy and simple instruction. That is why I am asking. It says lucid dream is you can control your dream whatever you want. The reason is why I want to have a lucid dream is because I want to have a boyfriend in my dream - a romance and happy ending. I just want to try if it works out. I am not successful to have a lucid dream because every time I fall asleep, the dream that I want to dream is not that in my dream. I always dream of something else. I remember some nights that I want to dream some of the characters in Naruto and I am in Naruto village, but every time I fall asleep, I dream that I was in the house so, when I woke up, I realized that I am not successsful in acquiring a lucid dream.

I'm interested in having lucid dreams too, but I've never tried to do it yet. I've also read some guides on the internet for how to achieve one. One tip I read is you should take a nap, wake up, and then try to have a lucid dream. I'm pretty sure you won't be able to have a lucid dream the very first time you try to though. I think the key is to keep trying.

The easiest lucid dreaming tip that I can provide is set an alarm for early in the morning, way before you actually need to be up. When it goes off, get up and stay up for a little bit and then go back to sleep. Your mind usually dives back into REM sleep (dream sleep) immediately, but you'll be much more alert and more likely to realize that you're dreaming. Controlling dreams really isn't as easy as simply knowing that you're dreaming though. The dream world doesn't bow down to your every whim just cause you know that you're dreaming. Personally, I've never been able to control dreams, even though I have lucid dreams all the time.
