AT&T charge customers long distance base rate

Somehow, I hate those companies would do something that is not honest. They would charge people some sort of fee without really notifying them, or even let them know about it in first hand. Others, they would play trick on you, and knowing that you might not read the detail of the bill with your busy schedule, they would print a mice -size letter on the bill and saying they will charge that much on fee service. AT&T is one of those companies. Lately, most AT&T customers already switch their landline to cell phone service, with the rest of the customers who still stuck with their landlines, AT&T would try to rip them off with this long distance base rate of $5.00. Even though you didn't opted in for it. So, if it is not too late, you should be able to call their service and get credit for this charge. Don't let them rip you off.
