Hi Lotters, Today I would like to share one of the experiences while I was helping a old couple in the busy roads of Bangalore. It was a busy Thursday morning at one of the important areas in Bangalore. I was waiting for my office shuttle, and then I noticed a old couple was on the other side of the road and they are trying to cross the road. There were standing at one of the junctions that is present adjacent to the bus bay. In the beginning, I had no time to watch them as the driver called me up and said that it takes another 5 minutes to come and pick me up. Ten minutes passed, I was still waiting for my shuttle to arrive and the couple were in the same place and were no able to cross the road. No body had time to look at them and were in their own world. Later, I called up the driver and asked what has happened, it has been more than 10 minutes and you said that you will be in 5 minutes and asked for the reason for the delay. He was saying that he is struck in the traffic and will be there in another 10 minutes. So, I had ample time to go and help the couple, then immediately, crossed the road and then helped the couple to cross the road. The traffic was not at all stopping and continued to flow( the old couple were slow to cross the road). Then, I stopped the traffic on either sides one after the other and crossed the road. They were very happy as they were waiting on the road all the times and none has turned up to help them. When, I was helping them to cross the road, all were staring at me why this guy is taking all the time in the earth to cross the road. After we crossed the road, they realized that there was a old couple beside me. I do not understand why people do not help others?

Every time I see old person trying to cross the road, it's given that I need to help him/her. Some drivers drive so fast that they don't notice old people trying to cross the road. When I see them, I definitely help them out.
