Now I am on rank 5 and I am so happy for it. dear friends do any one of you what are the steps i need to get to increase my ranking and how my ranking effect my status and my earnings?

The star and the number inside it is your 'user reputation', not your ranking. You can read about it here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx When you read there you will see that it does affect our earnings. Users with a higher value to their star will earn more for their activity than users with a lower value.

Thanks a lot. But I still not sure that how the user rating affect on the amount we are getting. can you explain it for me? :)

Hi friend. This is the mylotters who rate you, so you have to maintain a good relationship with other mylotters along with quality posting. but sometimes it does not work too because you may be victimized badly, but it seldom occur. Dont think too much about it just proceed. I had rank 10 from the starting but now 9... i never get worried about it. have a nice day.
