How health-conscious are you?

A lot of people now a days either young or old are conscious of their health. I used to go walking at the park three years ago and I could say that only a few are going out to exercise both in the early morning and in the afternoon. But recently, when I went back to the park where I used to walk, I can see a lot of people walking and jogging there especially in the afternoon after work. There are also a group of men and women dancing in one corner of the park. I also knew a lot of people who enrolled at the gym. I myself goes to the gym almost everyday for one to two hours. Some of my friends join marathons even it is held in different places here in my country. In addition to that those who are into exercising also watch their diet when hunger strikes and most of us are aware that there are now available low fat milk, skim milk, wheat bread, rye bread, drinks with L-carnitine and many other in supermarket that we can choose. Although it is more expensive than the ordinary food that we used to buy, it gives us more benefit health wise. As they say, prevention is better than cure. So how about you, how health-conscious are you?

I was so conscious about my health i will walk 2 KM daily and maintain perfect diet for the better health.I don't think the gym only provides the better health

That would be good start walking 2k daily. Going to the gym will give best result if your consistent in going there and exercise with diet of course. I really appreciate your comment. Happy mylotting!
